We change the menu each month and a complimentary Martini Bianco

Want to try something different?
We have two dinners planned for the new year. Book now to come and learn about Italian wine varietals.
Five course dinner including tastings, prosecco on arrival and a glass of wine with entree & main.
On Friday Feb.19th winemaker Michael Dal Zotto discussed the northern regions including Veneto & Piedmonte. Wine tastings compared Italian imports and the Dal Zotto wines from the King Valley were served with dinner.
Friday 12th March - In the middle
Winemaker Sam Miranda will be discussing the central regions and the Sam Miranda wines will be served with dinner.
Price : $75.00 per person

• Opera and Wine
Join us for the evening to sample Italian wine varieties, enjoy good food and opera.
Saturday 27th March
Renowned Julian Wilson opera trio return to the Butter Factory to sing while you enjoy antipasto platters, gourmet pizzas or suckling pig from the spit.
Tickets include a glass of prosecco on arrival and relaxed dinner under the stars (weather permitting!)

The 555 kilometre cycling holiday will feature some of the well known and hidden secrets of the region including Euroa, the Strathbogie Ranges, Goulburn Valley, Murray River, Lakes Nagambie and Eildon and top Victorian wineries, thoroughbred studs, orchard and dairy farms.
