Well it's goodbye to 2011. What a year we had! Numerous weddings, fantastic wine dinners, a great sausage making weekend all intermingled with private functions. Here's to a fabulous 2012, and already we've seen
the end of January! Time just flies by...
We already have several weddings and functions booked for the year and will again be working with our amazing chefs and florists.
The big news is we plan to open a Garden Store around April. The theme will be to offer delicious meals from garden to plate. We'll also have on offer, unusual gardening items such as designer gloves, trowels and forks, pots, and small garden furniture. We'll keep you up to date on this one...

Italian Wine Appreciation
Want to try something different?

Saturday 21st July - The Northern Regions
Winemaker Michael Dal Zotto will be discussing the northern regions including Veneto & Piedmonte. Wine tastings will compare Italian imports and the Dal Zotto wines from the King Valley will be served with dinner.

We will have a representative from John Gehrig Wines to discuss and taste their selection of wines of course matched to our entree, main and dessert.

Cooking Classes
We have plans for Pasta, Pastry and Sausage making classes this year (not all on the same day) and will let you know as soon as we've secured some dates and times.

The Euroa Village Farmers' Market (New to Euroa)
This market operates monthly on the Third Saturday of the month 9am to 1pm - Rotary Park, Kirkland Avenue, Euroa.
Fresh produce, olive oil, wines, organic sourdough breads, cheese, beef, pork & mutton, seedlings, plants, honey, free-range eggs, quality provisions, entertainment, seating, community stands, great coffee & hot foods available.

Violet Town Market - 2nd Saturday of each month 8.30am - 1pm
Avenel Produce & Craft Market - 2nd Sunday of each month
Metry's Poultry Auction - Check their website for Auction dates.
Want to buy a guinea fowl, rare chook or a pet duck? Metry's run a regular poultry auction with huge array of birds and it's a surprisingly fun event picking up your own chook.
Remember that July & August are prime ski season months at Mount Buller!!!
We're only 90 minutes from Mt. Buller. Leave here early in the morning and be back in time for your dinner at 7pm prepared for you by the Butter Factory chefs!
